4. Write a Critical analysis of the film.
I loved this movie! i thought it was great how every member of the family had their part in the film; it was not just about the patriarch, but his children and their love lives and their dealings in the mafia. this movie, although still very long, does a great job of encompassing what one largely criminal family does and what they have done to become so powerful and known all over the east coast.

4. Write a Critical analysis of the film.
I thought this movie was a little less realistic than the other movies we have seen. it had one of the least serious plots, but it had the biggest cliffhanger. i did not think it was realistic that her daughter still liked him and i did not think it was realistic that they had even had an affair. the "fantasy-like" qualities of this movie made it less than thrilling or compelling, but it still made for a funny film.

Overall, Casablanca was a pretty amazing film. the characters were cast very well and. A recurring theme in the film was feeling desperate and out of choices, which is what many of the characters felt in the story. I also noticed the theme of getting to comfortable with surroundings that are not meant for you. the themes and characters are so relatable, even to my life. the cast was so diverse and was kind of out of the box, which changed the normal "only black and white" casting in the other films around this time. basically, the film was everything i expected.

We have discussed a lot in class about western films and Stagecoach was one of the best because it had sound but it also was just a groundbreaking film for this era. In this Film the people go through many ups and downs because they are all strangers to each other, most of them do not know each other at all. It Happened One Night

1. Relate what was discussed in class or the text to the screening.

This film titled it happened one night was very similar to a lot of discussions that occurred in class and out of class. In class we talked about love films and more so how females started to get more attention in the ground breaking love films of Hollywood. Out of class discussions meaning,  there are many films from modern day that are exact copies or replicas of It Happened One Night.

2. Find a related article and summarize the content.

A Similar film to It Happened One Night is a film that was made in 1940 just six years after It Happened One Night was The Philadelphia Story . When a rich woman's Ex-husband and a Tabloid-type reporter turn up just before her planned remarriage ,  she begins to realize the truth about herself. What's funny about all the movies from back then and now is that they all aren't  original movies they all are piggy backed off the movies from the past. Many movies are all all repeated now days they just are re-made a little than what they made it to the last they make it.
