Stagecoach

1. Relate what was discussed in class or the text to the screening.
We have discussed a lot in class about western films and Stagecoach was one of the best because it had sound but it also was just a groundbreaking film for this era. In this Film the people go through many ups and downs because they are all strangers to each other, most of them do not know each other at all. John Ford had directed this movie while western movies were out of favor he was told it would ruin his career for cast john wayne because it would be a bad idea.

2. Find a related article and summarize the content.
A related article that summarize the content of the movie is The man who shot Liberty Valance because this movie was very similar to the Stagecoach movie

3. Apply the article to the film screened in class.
This Film was related to life in general because it can relate to people that never met or known each other that start working together and form the best team ever someone can have.

4. Write a Critical analysis of the film.
A simple stagecoach trip is complicated by the fact that Geronimo is on the warpath in the area. The passengers on the coach include a a drunken doctor, two women, a bank manager who has taken off with his client's money, and the famous Ringo Kid, among others.
